Booking Process

Book your dream tour easily!
Just send us your request – we’ll design a personalized itinerary and contact you to confirm all details. Once you approve, we proceed.

Payment Policy

• 50% deposit required at confirmation.
• 25% additional deposit due one month before arrival.
• 25% final payment upon arrival, via card o cash.
• 100% payment required for international flights.

If paying by credit card, you must sign an authorization letter. The signature must match your card and passport.

Cancellation Policy

Regular periods:

• 61+ days before tour: 15% fee
• 60–31 days: 35% fee
• 30–15 days: 50% fee
• 14–1 day: 100% fee

Christmas, New Year, Easter:

• 61+ days: 25% fee
• 60–31 days: 50% fee
• 30–15 days: 75% fee
• 14–1 day: 100% fee

Luxury hotels/Dahabiyas: special cancellation terms apply.
Airlines apply their own fees. All refunds include a 5% bank fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method.
No refunds for no-shows.
A 5% bank fee applies to all refunds.

Force Majeure

If travel is restricted due to government or airline bans, your payment will be fully refunded or converted into a travel credit/voucher. Only airline fees and bank charges will apply.

Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms available with a supplement. Rates may change without notice.

Flights

• Domestic: Subject to availability and price variation.
• International: We offer competitive rates from your home country.

Responsibility

Lines Travel is not liable for issues beyond our control (weather, strikes, airline/hotel changes, etc.). Extra costs caused by such events are the traveler’s responsibility.

Child Policy

Hotels/Nile Cruises:

• Under 2 years: free
• Under 6: 25%
• Under 12: 50%
• 12+ years: adult price

(Policy valid for 1 child sharing parents’ room. Flight charges may apply.)

Day Tours/Excursions:

• Under 6: free
• Under 11: 50%
• 12+: adult price

Photos Use

We may share guest photos on our website and social media to inspire other travelers. Thank you for being part of our travel community.

Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction.

Complaints

If you face any issues during your trip, please notify Lines Travel immediately. If unresolved, contact our customer care director. After your return, you may file a written complaint by registered mail.

General Terms

• Only persons 18+ can book.
• Payments are processed securely.
• We accept Visa/MasterCard in AED, USD, EUR, GBP.
• Lines Travel does not offer services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Agreement Approval

By confirming your booking, you agree to all conditions, itineraries, and prices.
Full or partial payment confirms acceptance of this contract.
